Independent Intervention Professional (IIP)

I am so excited to share that  as of July 1, 2019, with the approval of Medicaid, I am now providing Independent Intervention Professional Services . My services will no longer come out of your child’s Family Direct Services (FDS) budget, but will be billed directly to his or her Medicaid card. I am able to help with these services:

Assessments, Treatment Plans and Implementation Plans for your child who has  a diagnosed Developmental Delay or other Severe Mental Health diagnosis according to the Yes program or FDS qualifying struggle, and is on Medicaid.

Family Training portion of treatment, as required per new Medicaid rules in effect as of July 1st, 2019.

Assist you and your child with Individual and Group:  Crisis Intervention, Behavioral Intervention (putting your child’s plan into action).

Interdisciplinary Training in collaboration with your child’s professional providers, such as Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist, Counselor, Dentist, Primary Care Physician, Psychologist.

Supervise FDS providers who require Clinical Supervision ( BA/BS level and below).

This means that you can use your child’s budget for more options! Some of these options may include Respite care, extra support from AA and/or BA/BS level providers, therapeutic tools for your child as approved by your fiscal agent, with the help of your support broker.
